...AREAS OF BLACK ICE LIKELY INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING... Surface temperatures were at or below freezing across much of the area, and will remain below freezing through the overnight and into early Wednesday morning. With widespread dense fog expected moisture will freeze on the cold surfaces resulting in black ice. Motorists are urged to slow down and travel with caution into Wednesday morning.
