...WIND CHILL WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 PM
EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Dangerously cold wind chills
expected. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 5 inches today.
Additional ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch this
morning, mainly east of Interstate 81. Winds gusting as high as
35 mph. Wind chills as low as 30 below zero expected tonight
through Monday.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Susquehanna, Northern
Wayne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike and Southern Wayne
counties. In New York, Tioga and Broome counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 4 PM EST this
afternoon. For the Wind Chill Warning, from 6 PM this evening
to 7 PM EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The cold
wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little
as 30 minutes.

and ice will make travel very hazardous or impossible.
