The greatest accumulation will be across northern parts of Monroe, Wayne and Cayuga counties. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Monroe, Wayne, and Northern Cayuga Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the today's morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills around zero are expected today through Friday morning.
