...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 this morning becoming west this
afternoon. West winds 15 to 25 knots tonight through Saturday
becoming southwest to 30 knots Saturday night. Waves 3 to 5
feet today building to 7 to 10 feet by Saturday night.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Ripley to
Buffalo.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Winds and/or waves will cause hazardous conditions
that could capsize or damage small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations 6 to
12 inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high
as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the evening commute today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be a break in the accumulating
snow this morning, before heavy snow redevelops off Lake Erie by
midday or early afternoon and continues tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling, be
prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
