Total snow accumulations of 7 inches or more possible. * WHERE...Madison, Onondaga, and Southern Oneida Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 AM EST Thursday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late tonight through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
