The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon CST /11 AM MST/ to 8 PM CST /7 PM MST/ Thursday. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued. This Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity is in effect from Friday morning through Friday evening. * WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 6 percent. * RFTI...4 to 7 or near-crtical to critical. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
