* AFFECTED AREA...West Central Mountains (Zone 105), Middle Rio
Grande Valley (Zone 106), North Central Mountains (Zone 120),
Sandia and Manzano Mountains (Zone 124), and Central Highlands
(Zone 125).

* TIMING...From Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday evening.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35
mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 8 to 13 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
