* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and northwest New Jersey
and east central and southeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and
hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.

kt with gusts up to 25 kt. For the Gale Watch, north winds 15
to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt.

* WHERE...New York Harbor, Peconic and Gardiners Bays, and South
Shore Bays from Jones Inlet through Shinnecock Bay.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 PM EST this
evening. For the Gale Watch, from late Saturday night through
Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
