For the Gale Warning, south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and waves 3 to 6 feet expected. * WHERE...New York Harbor, including Raritan Bay and Sandy Hook Bay. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EDT early this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM this morning to 6 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
