For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 21 below expected. * WHERE...In New Jersey, Morris, Sussex, and Warren Counties. In Pennsylvania, Berks, Lehigh, and Northampton Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 8 AM to 9 PM EST Saturday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
