* WHERE...Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey,
and southeast New York.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 11 AM EDT this morning.
For the Wind Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 4 AM EDT
Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Low
visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
