For the Gale Watch, northeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 8 to 13 ft possible. * WHERE...Atlantic coastal waters of New Jersey and Delaware out to 20 NM. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 AM this morning to 6 PM EDT Tuesday. For the Gale Watch, from Tuesday evening through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gale conditions may continue into Friday.
