Patchy fog is forming across portions of southeast Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and northern Delaware where it snowed earlier today. Overall, visibilities will be as low as 1 mile, but highly localized dense fog with visibilities down to one-quarter mile is possible as well. Some patchy freezing fog may also result in slick roads, especially on untreated roads. Use caution when traveling, as well as low-beam headlights, and be prepared for changes in visibility.
