...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM SATURDAY TO 10 AM EST SUNDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 28 below expected. * WHERE...In Maine, Central Somerset, Northern Franklin, and Northern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Northern Coos, Northern Grafton, and Southern Coos Counties. * WHEN...From 6 PM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill values will be even colder, approaching 30 to 40 below, at higher elevations where wind will be strongest.
