...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive Friday night rainfall continues. * WHERE...York County in east central Nebraska... Fillmore County in south central Nebraska... Southeastern Hamilton County in south central Nebraska... * WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 643 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported ongoing flooding across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain fell Friday night and this water is still slowly working its way through the area. - This includes the following streams and drainages... West Fork of the Big Blue River, Beaver Creek, Lincoln Creek, School Creek, Turkey Creek, Little Sandy Creek, and Big Sandy Creek. Flooding impacts will continue, but no appreciable additional rainfall is expected.
