For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 possible. * WHERE...Gage, Jefferson, Lancaster, Saline, and Seward Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM CDT this morning. For the Freeze Watch, from late tonight through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
