In Nebraska, Sherman, Valley, Buffalo, Dawson, Furnas, Gosper, Harlan, and Phelps Counties. * WHEN...Until 11 AM CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility could vary considerably within the Advisory area, with some areas likely seeing dense fog begin and end before other areas.
