Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Portions of northwest Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota. * WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Falling and blowing snow, frequently reducing visibility below a half mile, will make travel difficult, especially in open country.
