* WHERE...Northwest and much of central North Dakota, including the
James River Valley.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 35 below could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Limit time outdoors, and make sure to dress in layers and cover
