* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations around 6 to 12
inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast North Dakota,
including the James River Valley.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel may become very difficult. Patchy blowing snow
could reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the
morning and evening commutes through Saturday.
