...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH
TUESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. There is a medium to high chance for at
least 4 inches of snow, with a low chance of exceeding 8 inches of
snow. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph causing areas of blowing
and drifting snow.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
