* WHEN...From Wednesday morning to Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 45.0 feet, Flood waters will affect lowlands along
the east bank of the river with some minor overflow along the west
bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 38.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 44.6 feet early Thursday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 42.0 feet.
