* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of eastern North Carolina, including the
following areas, Coastal Onslow, East Carteret, Pamlico, Southern
Craven and West Carteret.

* WHEN...From 2 AM EDT Sunday through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall is expected tonight into Sunday as a coastal
low impacts Eastern North Carolina. Highest chances of
persistent heavy rainfall are along the coast, with a sharp
gradient in rainfall totals further inland.
