* WIND...Today: West at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.
Saturday: South southwest at 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 25 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Today: As low as 15 percent. Saturday: As low as 13
percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated thunderstorms are expected on
Saturday, so lightning is the main concern for fire starts.

Southern Valley, Garfield, McCone, and Petroleum Counties.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
hazardous conditions for small craft. Heat related illnesses
