....BLOWING DUST IS REDUCING VISIBILITY ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL
MONTANA...

Blowing dust is reducing visibility across portions of the plains
of North-central Montana. Blowing dust will continue to reduce
visibility through the rest of this afternoon into early this
evening. This afternoon expect widespread visibility as low as 6
miles with localized visibility reductions as low as 1 mile.

If traveling across North-central Montana this afternoon use
caution and be prepared for reduced visibility.

High Wind Warning

...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT MDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Westerly winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Snowy and Judith Mountains, Bears Paw Mountains and
Southern Blaine, Fergus County below 4500ft, Hill County, Northern
Blaine County, and Western and Central Chouteau County.

* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles. Blowing dust could significantly reduce
visibility at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.

Remember, a High Wind Warning means that there is at least an 80%
chance of 40 mph sustained winds or 58 mph wind gusts occurring
during the warning period.
