Winds gusting as high as 50 to 60 mph. * WHERE...All of northeast Montana. * WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 2 PM MST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...A light wintry mix combined with cold ground temperatures will lead to icy surfaces. Look for difficult walking and driving conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sharply falling temperatures into the teens and 20s Tuesday evening will exacerbate the icy conditions.
