Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Sheridan, Daniels, Roosevelt, Valley, McCone, and Northern Phillips Counties. * WHEN...From 2 PM Tuesday to 5 PM MST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
