...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM MST TUESDAY... * WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...The foothills and plains adjacent to the Rocky Mountain Front, Eastern Glacier, Western Toole, and Central Pondera Counties, Eastern Toole and Liberty Counties, and Gates of the Mountains. * WHEN...Until 8 PM MST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds will create areas of reduced visibility in blowing and drifting snow. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of more substantial blowing and drifting snowfall is possible late Tuesday afternoon through early Tuesday evening as winds turn more northerly and temperatures sharply fall to the single digits above and below zero. In addition, wind chills as low as 20 below zero are likely to develop late Tuesday night. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling.
