...EXTREME HEAT WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM FRIDAY TO 9 PM

* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures of 98 to
108, hottest over eastern Montana. Saturday is expected to be the
hottest day.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, and southeast Montana
and north central Wyoming.

* WHEN...From 9 AM Friday to 9 PM MDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dangerously hot daytime temperatures combined
with warm overnight low temperatures will produce cumulative heat
stress. This heat stress will quickly become dangerous to anyone
without adequate cooling and hydration.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
