Winds gusting as high as 30 mph. * WHERE...Carter, Fallon, and Powder River. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 AM MDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult due to snow, areas of blowing snow and poor visibility, especially over the higher hills. This includes Highway 12 from Miles City to Baker, and US-212 from Broadus to Alzada.
