* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with
gusts 40 to 50 mph expected. For the High Wind Watch, southwest
winds 25 to 40 mph damaging gusts over 50 mph expected and greater
than 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...Kootenai/Cabinet Region and Lower Clark Fork Region.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 3 AM MST
Tuesday. For the High Wind Watch, from late Tuesday night through
Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around
unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...For the High Wind Watch, bursts of heavy snow
and winter driving conditions are possible in higher valleys, over
mountain passes, and along the Divide.
