* WHERE...Portions of southeast Arkansas, northeast Louisiana, and
central, east central, north central, northeast, northwest, and
west central Mississippi.

* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM
CST Monday. For the second Freeze Warning, from 9 PM Monday to 8
AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
