* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Several thousand acres of agricultural and
lowland become inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
afternoon and to a crest of 18.0 feet Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
