Wind will become northwesterly and maintain the same intensity tonight and Monday. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 23 are possible. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Arkansas, northeast Louisiana, and central, north central, northwest, and west central Mississippi. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
