lowland become inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 13.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
evening to 17.8 feet early Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
