* WHERE...Benton, Camden, Maries, Miller, Morgan, Pulaski, Phelps,
and Dent Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Where fog is dense and temperatures are below
freezing, some black
ice may form on roadways and other surfaces, especially elevated
surfaces such as bridges and overpasses.
