shelter begins flooding near this height.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:29 PM CDT Monday the stage was 16.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.7
feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
early Wednesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
