South Central Jefferson County in east central Missouri... Southern Washington County in east central Missouri... Northern Iron County in southeastern Missouri... Northern Reynolds County in southeastern Missouri... Saint Francois County in southeastern Missouri... * WHEN...Until 430 AM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1039 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Rapid river rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Farmington, Bonne Terre, Desloge, Potosi, Bismarck, Ironton, Leadwood, Park Hills, Pilot Knob, Iron Mountain Lake, Viburnum, Irondale, Mineral Point, Belleview, Iron Mountain, Courtois, Bixby, Oates, Leadington and Caledonia.
