Winds gusting as high as 45 mph Sunday afternoon through Monday. * WHERE...Dickinson, Iron, Menominee, and Gogebic Counties. * WHEN...From 1 AM Sunday to 7 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Power outages are possible due to the strong winds. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power outages.
