For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 5 to 8 ft occurring. * WHERE...Seul Choix Point to Point Detour MI and 5NM East of a line from Fairport MI to Rock Island Passage. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 11 AM EDT this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
