Total ice accumulations up to two tenths of an inch with total snow accumulations between 8 and 14 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph, resulting in significant blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...A portion of Eastern Upper Michigan. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause local power outages. Localized whiteout conditions are expected overnight Sunday through Monday. Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
