For the Gale Warning, north winds 20 to 30 knots with gusts up to 40 knots and waves 8 to 13 feet expected. * WHERE...St Joseph to Manistee. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM EST Wednesday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM Wednesday to 1 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
