...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EDT
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Expect sustained winds up to 23 knots from the
northeast with gusts up to 31 knots. The largest significant
waves will be 7 feet with a potential maximum wave height of
10 feet.

* WHERE...Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to
Inner Saginaw Bay and Port Austin to Harbor Beach MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 9 PM EDT Tuesday
with the largest waves expected around 12 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

TO 10 AM EDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of up to
one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Bay, Huron, Midland, Saginaw, and Tuscola Counties.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 10 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury. Isolated power
outages will be possible.
