Winds could gust as high as 45 mph, strongest near Lake Superior. * WHERE...Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan. * WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening.
