Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should prepare for dangerous accumulation of ice on their vessel. If possible, remain in port, avoid the warning area or conduct mitigation. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph on Sunday and up to 40 mph near Lake Superior. * WHERE...Marquette County. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow accumulating on shoreline ice, combined with winds to 40 mph and moderate snow bands on Sunday could result in very poor visibility near Lake Superior, including M-28 between Marquette and Munising.
