Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 8 and 11 inches possible. * WHERE...Ottawa and Muskegon Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST Friday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Saturday morning through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
