...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST SUNDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 34 below. * WHERE...Central Piscataquis, Northern Penobscot, Southeast Aroostook, Northeast Aroostook, Northwest Aroostook, Northern Piscataquis, and Northern Somerset Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 34 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside.
