extending from near Cape Elizabeth to near Kennebunkport to Dover...
and moving southeast AT 30 MPH.

Locations impacted include...
Arundel, South Berwick, Scarborough, York, Barrington, Biddeford, New
Castle, Newington, Cape Elizabeth, Kittery, Eliot, North Berwick,
Berwick, Somersworth, Ogunquit, Dover, Old Orchard Beach,
Rollinsford, Kennebunk, and Kennebunkport.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 295 near mile marker 1.
Interstate 95 between mile markers 1 and 44.
Interstate 95 in New Hampshire between mile markers 13 and 16.

This also includes...
York Beach, Ogunquit Beach, Wells Beach, Fortunes Rock Beach, and
Higgins Beach.

* Winds in excess of 35 mph are possible with this area of heavy

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Stonington, ME to Port Clyde, ME
out 25 NM, Coastal Waters from Port Clyde, ME to Cape
Elizabeth, ME out 25 NM and Coastal Waters from Cape
Elizabeth, ME to Merrimack River, MA out 25 NM.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 5 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
