MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
8 inches. Locally higher amounts near 12 inches are possible in
northeast Maryland. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, northern,
and southern Maryland.

* WHEN...From 3 PM Sunday to 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
