...Multiple Bands Of Heavy Snow And Strong Winds Will Impact The Region Tonight... Bands of heavy snow will continue to lift northwest into the Delmarva peninsula through tonight. Snowfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour have been observed, and will continue impacting the area overnight. Additionally, winds will become more of a factor as the night progresses. Blizzard conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening.
